It combines decades of startup education and mentoring from John and Tyler Richards into guided, data-driven tools that remove the guesswork from entrepreneurship.

Anyone with a startup idea — or even just the spark of one. Whether you're a first-time founder, seasoned entrepreneur, corporate innovator, or student, the ToolSuite gives you a proven framework to validate ideas, de-risk decisions, and move forward with clarity.

You'll get access to a complete suite of AI-driven tools that walk you through every stage of validation — from idea analysis to customer testing. You'll also gain mentorship from Digital John (our AI mentor trained on John Richards' teachings), plus access to our founder community, course content, and live events.

The ToolSuite is entirely online and available anywhere, anytime. You can work at your own pace while tapping into live sessions, virtual masterminds, and networking opportunities if you choose.

Credits are used when you run tools like Idea Analysis, Wow Factor Script, Business Model Canvas, and AI voice interviews. Each tool run consumes a set number of credits. Your plan gives you a monthly allowance; use them on any tool. Higher plans include more credits so you can iterate and pivot more often.

User / Account: A single login identity for one person. Workspace: Your billing and collaboration container. Billing is per workspace, so one user can belong to multiple workspaces, each with its own plan. Credits are tracked at the workspace level. Idea: A startup concept within a workspace. Each tool run on an idea consumes credits. Credit: A unit that measures the work the platform performs on your behalf.

The free tier includes 30 credits on signup (one-time), access to the entrepreneur community, 1 free Idea Analysis, the video content library, and the AI mentor. It's a great way to try the platform before upgrading for more credits and full access to every tool.

With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12 — effectively 2 months free. Your monthly equivalent is lower (e.g. Spark is $8.25/mo when billed annually). You're charged once per year and keep the same credits per month. You can switch to or from annual at any time from your billing settings.

Not at all. The ToolSuite is designed to guide you step-by-step — from zero experience to confident founder. Every tool includes built-in explanations, AI guidance, and examples to help you learn as you go.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime; changes apply at the next billing cycle. You can cancel and your access continues until the end of the current period. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches how often you expect to use the tools. If you need a one-off boost, you can purchase add-on credits.

No one can guarantee success — but the ToolSuite dramatically increases your odds by removing guesswork and helping you make smarter, validated decisions. Think of it as your personal startup lab, where you test ideas before you risk time or capital.

An "active idea" in the Startup Ignition Academy toolsuite is any separate problem/solution or need/solution set that initiates a validation roadmap. You may have "active" at any one time multiple versions of the same idea, historical attempts to validate an idea, the result of pivoting, or an array of completely separate ideas you are considering and validating. Keeping them separate allows you to do varying validation work on different ideas or pivoted ideas and the ability to preserve past work.

Just starting one project? The "Ignite 1 Idea" plan is perfect. Juggling a few potential ventures? The "Ignite 3 ideas" plan will work. If you want to look at ideas from different angles and keep past versions as you pivot, then the "Blaze unlimited ideas" plan is for you.

You'll retain access to your data and reports in read-only mode for a limited time. Your ideas remain 100% yours, and we never train our AI on user content.

Enterprise is for universities, organizations focused on intrapreneurship (corporations launching new products or initiatives), startup accelerators, and similar teams that need pooled credits, custom setup, or cobranding.
